Careful selection of the bunches, brief cold maceration, soft pressing, cold decanting of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Prolonged ageing on fine lees, followed by about a year in the bottle.

Colour: intense and brilliant straw yellow.
Nose: intense and clean of citrus fruits and spices, with pleasant notes
of Zagara.
Taste: rich, in perfect balance between enveloping and vertical.
