On the nose, there are intense aromas of white flowers such as broom and jasmine, accompanied by enticing fruity notes of white peach and citrus, imparting a vibrant and captivating character to the wine. In the mouth, it offers a pleasant sensation of freshness and balance, with well-balanced acidity that harmonizes beautifully with its soft structure. Nuances of ripe fruit, like apple and pineapple, emerge, enriched by a pleasant mineral note. It undergoes a 12-month aging process in ceramic amphorae.
