The Spumante Trento DOC Riserva "Perlé Bianco" is one of the most interesting and refined Classic Method labels of the famous Trentino Ferrari winery. It is a Blanc de Blancs made with a selection of high quality pure Chardonnay grapes from the best vineyards of the estate. Civi is faced with a delicacy and an elegance without borders, enhanced by the permanence of 8 years on the lees.
In the glass it shows a bright and bright golden yellow color, crossed by a very fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet recalls floral aromas, candied citrus peel, aromas of ripe yellow fruit, pain brioche, pastry, toasted and delicately spicy sensations. On the palate it has a good structure, with an intense, rich and creamy sip, which extends harmoniously towards a finish of pleasant freshness.
