LA MAISON DU RHUM PEROU

Rhum Perou was distilled in 2012 in a column still and aged for about 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and in a tropical climate, before being aged for a year in barrels that had previously contained Oloroso sherry. On the nose there are notes of vanilla, citrus fruits, spring flowers, banana and cinnamon while on the palate we have notes of spices, cinnamon and cloves, then vanilla, citrus fruits and toasted oak, leaving the spece for an end with a hint of orange peel , chocolate and cinnamon.
