LA MAISON DU RHUM SAINTE LUCIE

The Sainte-Lucie was distilled in 2013 in the classic Coffey alembic in the Sainte-Lucie distillery, it is aged for 9 years exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon oak barrels before being bottled in 2022. The nose reveals tropical fruits, banana , a herbaceous part with a slightly mentholated side while on the palate we still have good notes of ripe banana, vanilla, a pinch of honey and floral hints; on the finish there are notes of oak, eucalyptus and citrus fruits.
