Made in 1989, this great wine is the symbol of the winery and one of the most representative labels of Bolgheri. Born as a classic Bordeaux blend, Paleo will become a pure Cabernet Franc in 2001, soon gaining a resounding success. The name recalls that of a spontaneous herb from the Tuscan coast, symbolizing territorial identity and stubbornness in reaching every goal. 2017 was definitely a dry and droughty year, with little rainfall and very low humidity levels.
