The Cavaliere di Michele Satta comes from a selection of Sangiovese in the company's vineyards, harvested at full maturity. It ferments in open oak barrels of 30 hl, and maceration is carried out with the soft submersion of the cap by hand and with 1 pumping over a day or soft punching down.
In country work, extreme care is taken in following the production balance plant by plant in order to then be able to best express the qualities of this grape, emblem of Tuscany, for elegance and nobility in the cellar.
Cavaliere by Michele Satta has a brilliant ruby red color in the glass. The bouquet is characterized by elegance and complexity punctuated by wild berries, dried roses and violets, aromatic herbs and wild blooms, essences and balsamic traces, finished with a fine and captivating spice. In the mouth it is intense, with great body and balance. An intertwining of freshness and flavor determines drinkability and makes it difficult to stop for a small taste.
