CUCCO WINE 2020

Cucco Wine by Tenuta Villanova is obtained through a pre-fermentation maceration of 5 days at 5 ° C, followed by a fermentation of about two weeks, half the time with contact on the skins and the other half without.

The color is a delicate orange grapefruit. On the nose you can perceive orange blossom and citrus notes, with fragrant hints of peach. The body is medium and with a captivating drink, always on a pleasant mineral background.
