Tenuta Villanova's Ribolla Gialla Collio is one of the company's flagship wines. Indigenous wine with ancient origins in the Collio, straw yellow in color with slight greenish reflections. Light and floral scent with notes of green apple. Dry and fragrant flavor.

Excellent as an aperitif with raw fish and sushi. Try it with sardines, fried fish and fish eggs.
