BAROLO ORNATO PALLADINO 2018

This Barolo "Ornato" comes from the Nebbiolo grapes that the Palladino winery cultivates in one of the crus found within the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba, Ornato. The grapes, once harvested during the harvest phase, ferment in steel, and then mature in large oak barrels for two years. L'Ornato is a Barolo characterized by a garnet ruby red colour. The nose is subtle and refined, delicately releasing fruity and floral notes, enriched by nuances that tend to rhubarb and sweet spices. On the palate it has a great structure and austere tannins; ends with a finish with excellent persistence.
