MARCHISIO PINOT NERO ANFORA 2020

This natural Pinot Noir, elegant and velvety, reveals all its depth when vinified and aged in amphora. This delicate variety finds its perfect companion in ceramics, which brings freshness and vitality to the wine, creating a perfect marriage between softness and sophistication. Fermentation takes place in ceramic amphorae, with a skin maceration lasting from 25 to 40 days. Natural yeasts are used for the vinification process. Subsequently, the wine matures in ceramic amphorae for 12-18 months, thus gaining complexity and structure.
