RAINA GRECHETTO UMBRO 2022

This natural wine is produced with Grechetto grapes from organic farming using biodynamic methods, harvested manually at the beginning of September. The fermentation process is spontaneous, followed by a partial aging period in stainless steel and partial aging in chestnut barrels on fine lees for 6 months. In the cellar, only substances allowed for winemaking are used, with the addition of low doses of sulfites. As this wine is neither clarified nor filtered, it may show sediment. Any residual carbon dioxide should be considered natural. This Grechetto presents itself as a succulent pulp of ripe citrus, round and fleshy. With a sunny and enveloping presence, it delivers a generous and satisfying sensation, supported by excellent salinity.
