CHABLIS

The Chablis by André Goichot is the fruit of Chardonnay in purity: the grapes are pressed immediately after the harvest, then the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place 100% in stainless steel vats. Refinement lasts about 12 months before bottling.

This white expresses a very fresh, lively and mineral nose; we find flint, green apple, lemon; lime blossom, mint, acacia, as well as aromas of licorice and cut hay.

Very dry and of perfect finesse, Chablis has a unique and very recognizable personality.
