The vineyards growing in the hills of Aix-en-Provence produce the most western wines of Provence. They are located in the heart of several small, low mountain ranges - Nerthe, Fare, Eguilles and Trévaresse and Costes in the continuation of the
of the Alpilles. The rugged landscape allows generous sunshine, which brings aromas of lime fruit and red berries to the grapes.
In addition to its ideal geographic location, the Costeval terroir is exposed to the cold, dry mistral that blows in from the north. This plays an essential role for the vineyard, reducing rainfall, which limits the development of diseases and increases the concentration
of the grapes in sugar. This ensures that our rosé wine offers a truly unique character and typicity.

TASTING NOTES
Costeval AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé has a soft cherry pink colour. Delicate nose, it reveals floral aromas with touches of small fruits. In the mouth, it is forthright and aromatic with a pleasant freshness, combining softness, liveliness and minerality.
