It is a careful and meticulous selection of the best grapes from the San Biagio vineyard, the most important cru of the estate and one of the most suitable in the entire Bolgheri area. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, two grape varieties that have found in this small paradise protected by the woods the ideal conditions to express character, structure, elegance and propensity for aging. This is the identity card of Caccia al Piano Bolgheri Superiore DOC, the new excellence created by the Ziliani family.

Ruby red color of good brightness and intensity. The olfactory profile turns towards fruity tones of cherry, wild berries and ripe dark fruit, accompanied by spicy notes and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. In the background, more evolved shades of tobacco, vanilla and cocoa are layered. On the palate it is characterized by cleanliness and purity, with an elegant and austere texture, with excellent body and refined gustatory balance. It persists for a long time on the palate, returning to fruity and Mediterranean tones. Body, harmony and power, in one word: Bolgheri!
