Vosne-Romanée

A ruby ​​wine, which varies in shades from pure ruby ​​to black tulip. Fiery red color, tending to garnet, tending to dark purple. The ripe fruit on a spicy background constitutes the bouquet, accompanied by strawberries and raspberries, blueberries and black currants. This complex of fused and refined aromas evolves with aging towards cherry brandy, candied fruit and leather. On the palate, velvety and distinct, we find the fullness of Pinot Noir. A wine to be kept obviously, maintaining balanced richness and tannins with a great structure. It may seem austere in its youth, it must develop its structure and power in the bottle.
